Which attitudes and beliefs on heterogeneity are shared by teachers and how do they affect their teaching behavior?
Which professional competencies are required when teaching in (culturally and socially) heterogeneous contexts. How do these professional competencies develop during academic and vocational education and training?
We pursue these research questions by employing multiple methods (e.g., questionnaire-based, experimental, large-scale) and integrating interdisciplinary approaches (e.g., from education or social psychology).
